On Saturday we published
the first issue of our own real estate magazine, Bonaire Island. Over 4,000 electronic copies were sent out. The results have been amazing. Several hundred readers have gone back and read Bonaire Island several times! The compliments are still coming in.

Our marketing and design team did an unbelievable job for you and for all of Bonaire. While there is a real estate market report and a property of the month Bonaire Island is about Bonaire and the people who make it so very special.
If you are interested in being a contributing writer, photo journalist, crossword puzzle designer, or want to share why you love Bonaire please contact us.
We have already received unsolicited articles for the next issue. We hope to grow Bonaire Island to 20-25 pages a month all dedicated to celebrating Bonaire, its people and its lifestyle. Our target publishing date is the first Friday of each month.
Despite the major holiday weekend on Bonaire and in America Bonaire Island created inquiries about the market, listings, potential listings and potential buying. Bonaire Island is the final proof that there is a better way to help people buy and sell real estate and people are excited about discovering Bonaire Island Real Estate.
Bonaire Day was celebrated in true Bonairean fashion. The hot weather continues so the beaches were crowded with families and everyone was in the water. There is a really big motorcycle tour club visiting the island and they held a marvelous parade through town and around Bonaire. Everyone had a great time.
It is hot because the wind has disappeared. The sea was so calm yesterday morning. It was smoother than glass. It was so smooth I easily spotted a hawksbill turtle breathing and resting on the surface about 100 meters off shore.
The island council has just prohibited the walking of dogs on all the beaches and areas with sand that make for great turtle habitat. I am sure we will be seeing even more turtle in the water, as more turtle nest will hatch successfully.
10-10-10 is really getting close. It is only 1 month 2 days and 16 hours away! Things are proceeding well on Bonaire. In Holland there is still no agreement on a government. The government collapsed in February. The elections were June 6. It has been 3 months and there is no agreement.
Last Friday the anti Islamist party quit the coalition talks. Today the party asked to join the talks. The Christian Democrats party membership is split over working with the anti Islamist. The great news is that 10-10-10 is still proceeding well and is going to happen.
Everyday we hear more and more people talk positively and optimistically about the future of Bonaire and especially about real estate values for Bonaire.
Tomorrow we have been invited to a very special presentation at Sabadeco Crown Ridge 20. We have regularly reported on its progress during construction. Now it is finished. We will give you an update on Thursday. This home is going to make someone very, very happy.
What are your thoughts about 10-10-10?
What are your thoughts about the lack of a Dutch cabinet?
What can we do to enhance your Bonaire experience?
It feels like October rather than September. Let us hope that October feels more like November rather than its usual weather. Despite the heat the island is gearing up for a great Regatta in October. Followed by 10-10-10 it will be 2 weeks of good times.
We are so blessed to be living on Bonaire and helping others own and live on Bonaire. Our days are filled with health happiness peace and prosperity and we want yours to be the same.
