Buying in the next 3 months you must start today. Buying in the next 6 months you should start today. Buying after 6 months the inventory you see today will be sold and market conditions probably will also changed.
Have your financing in place BEFORE you start.
This will give you a stronger negotiating position that means a lower price. Financing contingency contracts are NOT common on Bonaire.
