Sabadeco Crown Ridge Townhouse

Sabadeco is offering two model homes for sale in Crown Ridge, situated on 2 lots in Ridges. 19, Unfurnished and 20 which is offered Furnished. The houses have split unit air conditioning in each bedroom.

INFRASTRUCTURAL WORKS
Access to the homes is provided by a paved road that connects to the mam road Kralendijk / Rincon. The streets are illuminated by public street lights. Each home is connected to the public water and electrical power distribution network and to the network of the telephone company Telbo. There are conduits available for connections to the cable TV and internet network of FlamingoTV. Every two homes share a double utility niche and have an individual niche for the garbage container from Selibon.

GROUNDWORK / PLANTINGS
Ground works include septic tank, swimming pool, foundations, conduits and paving. The septic tanks and swimming pool are partially placed underground in excavated rock and partially in fill. The fill is diabase and/or calichi. The yard is planted one time. Subsequent planting and maintenance is for the account of the owner.
